6 Week Program
6 x 1hr appointments over 6 consecutive weeks.
The 6 week program is for people who would like to dip their toe in and get more of a feel for what MyndFit does. Over the 6 weeks clients are taken through the 5 Fundamentals Principles, exploring what changes would benefit them and how that may happen.
Clients get a good intellectual understanding of what they can do and then have to go and try to put it into practice of their own accord.
Available by Skype or in person.
