12 Week Program

12 x 1hr appointments over 12 consecutive weeks. 

This option gives clients more time to change habits and behaviours and provides more support in achieving what they would like. It’s for people a bit more serious and wanting to create more of a shift and is more in depth than the 6 weeks.

It can be a bit challenging but more rewarding.
