TradeFit was a concept Nick had many years ago when MyndFit and TradeMutt collaborated to speak with apprentices at TAFE colleges about their experience in the trade industry, and to offer ways in which they could deal with adversity and not be so affected by any toxic work sites they were on.

They also visited remote communities in Queensland to spread some knowledge on what mental health actually is, so people had a better understanding of it so and were in a beter position to take care of themselves.
